Ingredients
  

  • 1 pound cake store-bought or homemade
  • 1 cup whipped cream or cream cheese frosting
  • 1 cup fresh strawberries diced
  • 1 tbsp strawberry jam optional, for extra flavor
  • Shredded coconut or crushed graham crackers for rolling, optional
  • White chocolate drizzle optional

Method
 

  1. Slice the pound cake horizontally into thin, flat sheets.
  2. Place a sheet of cake on a flat surface. Spread a thin layer of whipped cream or frosting.
  3. Sprinkle diced strawberries evenly on top. Add a light drizzle of strawberry jam if desired.
  4. Carefully roll the cake sheet into a log, gently pressing to keep it tight.
  5. Roll the log in shredded coconut or crushed graham crackers for coating (optional).
  6. Slice into 1-inch sushi-style pieces.
  7. Drizzle with melted white chocolate for garnish.
