  • 1 ½ cups graham cracker crumbs
  • 4 tbsp unsalted butter melted
  • 2 tbsp sugar
  • Cheesecake Filling:
  • 16 oz 450 g cream cheese, softened
  • ½ cup powdered sugar
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 1 cup heavy cream whipped to stiff peaks
  • Toppings choose your favorite:

  • Caramel or chocolate drizzle

Method
 

  1. In a bowl, mix graham cracker crumbs, melted butter, and sugar until combined.
  2. Spoon about 2 tbsp of crust mixture into the bottom of each serving cup. Press down lightly.
  3. In a separate bowl, beat cream cheese, powdered sugar, and vanilla until smooth and creamy.
  4. Gently fold in whipped cream until fully incorporated.
  5. Spoon or pipe cheesecake mixture over the crust in each cup.
  6. Chill in the refrigerator for at least 2 hours to set.
  7. Top with berries, compote, or your favorite topping before serving.
