Ingredients
  

  • 12 oz spaghetti cooked and drained
  • 2 cups cooked chicken breast shredded (rotisserie works great)
  • 1 can 10.5 oz cream of mushroom soup
  • 1 can 10.5 oz cream of chicken soup
  • 1 cup chicken broth
  • 2 cups shredded cheddar cheese divided
  • 1/2 cup diced onion
  • 1/2 cup diced bell pepper
  • 1/2 tsp garlic powder
  • 1/2 tsp paprika
  • Salt And black pepper to taste
  • Fresh parsley for garnish

Method
 

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease a 9x13-inch baking dish.
  2. In a large bowl, combine soups, chicken broth, 1 1/2 cups cheese, onion, bell pepper, garlic powder, paprika, salt, and pepper.
  3. Stir in cooked spaghetti and shredded chicken until well coated.
  4. Transfer the mixture into the prepared baking dish.
  5. Top with the remaining 1/2 cup shredded cheddar cheese.
  6. Bake uncovered for 30–35 minutes, until hot and bubbly.
  7. Garnish with fresh parsley and serve warm.

Notes

  • Swap cheddar with Monterey Jack or Velveeta for extra creaminess.
  • Add Rotel tomatoes with green chilies for a Tex-Mex kick.
