Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease a 9x13-inch baking dish.
In a large bowl, combine soups, chicken broth, 1 1/2 cups cheese, onion, bell pepper, garlic powder, paprika, salt, and pepper.
Stir in cooked spaghetti and shredded chicken until well coated.
Transfer the mixture into the prepared baking dish.
Top with the remaining 1/2 cup shredded cheddar cheese.
Bake uncovered for 30–35 minutes, until hot and bubbly.
Garnish with fresh parsley and serve warm.
