Ingredients
  

  • 1 loaf frozen or bakery garlic bread cut in half lengthwise
  • 1 cup pizza sauce or marinara sauce
  • 2 cups shredded mozzarella cheese
  • ½ cup mini pepperoni slices or toppings of choice
  • ¼ cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1 tsp Italian seasoning
  • ½ tsp crushed red pepper flakes optional
  • Fresh basil or parsley for garnish

Method
 

  1. Preheat Oven:
  2. Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  3. Prepare Garlic Bread:
  4. Place the garlic bread halves on the baking sheet, cut side up. If using frozen garlic bread, partially bake for 5 minutes first.
  5. Add Sauce:
  6. Spread pizza sauce evenly over each half of the bread.
  7. Add Toppings:
  8. Sprinkle mozzarella cheese, pepperoni, Parmesan, and Italian seasoning on top.
  9. Bake:
  10. Bake for 10–12 minutes, or until the cheese is melted and bubbly and the edges are golden brown.
  11. Serve:
  12. Remove from the oven, garnish with fresh basil or parsley, slice, and serve warm!
