Ingredients
  

  • 4 –6 bone-inskin-on chicken thighs
  • 1 cup French onion dip store-bought or homemade
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • 1 tsp onion powder
  • ½ tsp paprika
  • Salt & black pepper to taste
  • Fresh parsley chopped (for garnish)

Method
 

  1. Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. Pat chicken thighs dry and season both sides with salt, pepper, garlic powder, onion powder, and paprika.
  3. Spread French onion dip evenly over the top of each chicken thigh.
  4. Place chicken thighs on a baking sheet or in a baking dish lined with foil or parchment paper.
  5. Bake for 35–40 minutes, or until chicken reaches an internal temperature of 165°F (74°C) and the skin is golden and crispy.
  6. Remove from oven and let rest for 5 minutes. Garnish with fresh parsley before serving.

Notes

  • Use boneless thighs if you prefer, reducing cooking time to 25–30 minutes.
  • Homemade French onion dip can be made with sour cream, mayonnaise, and caramelized onions for extra flavor.
