Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C).
Pat chicken thighs dry and season both sides with salt, pepper, garlic powder, onion powder, and paprika.
Spread French onion dip evenly over the top of each chicken thigh.
Place chicken thighs on a baking sheet or in a baking dish lined with foil or parchment paper.
Bake for 35–40 minutes, or until chicken reaches an internal temperature of 165°F (74°C) and the skin is golden and crispy.
Remove from oven and let rest for 5 minutes. Garnish with fresh parsley before serving.
