Ingredients
  

  • 1 tube 8 oz refrigerated crescent roll dough
  • 1 cup cooked breakfast sausage or crumbled bacon
  • 6 large eggs
  • ¼ cup milk
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • ½ cup shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 2 tbsp chopped green onions optional
  • 1 tbsp butter
  • Salt and black pepper to taste

Method
 

  1. Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C). Lightly grease a baking sheet or pizza pan.
  2. Unroll the crescent roll dough and press it into the pan, sealing the seams to form the pizza crust. Bake for 8 minutes, then remove from oven.
  3. In a skillet, melt butter over medium heat. Whisk together eggs, milk, salt, and pepper, then scramble until just set (they will finish cooking in the oven).
  4. Spread the scrambled eggs evenly over the crescent roll crust.
  5. Top with cooked sausage or bacon, then sprinkle with cheddar and mozzarella cheese.
  6. Return to oven and bake for 10–12 minutes, until cheese is melted and crust is golden brown.
  7. Garnish with green onions if desired. Slice and serve warm.

Notes

  • Try adding bell peppers, mushrooms, or spinach for a veggie-loaded version.
  • Swap cheddar with pepper jack for a spicy kick.
