  • 1 10 oz can Rotel (drained)
  • 1 1 oz packet taco seasoning mix
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese or Mexican blend
  • Optional: 1 tbsp lime juice for extra tang
  • Optional garnish: chopped green onions cilantro, or jalapeños

Method
 

  1. Mix Everything:
  2. In a large mixing bowl, combine sour cream, drained Rotel, taco seasoning, and shredded cheese. Stir until well blended.
